What is your tenant screening process?
Every tenant application is screened for income, credit, rent history, criminal background and evictions. RPM Champion uses a national credit-reporting provider to obtain a prospect’s criminal and credit histories. We verify employment and review pay stubs and/or tax returns to verify income is 3 times the rent. We review the rental history and contact the previous two landlords for references. Our thorough screening complies with all applicable laws, including Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
