Managing a complex of 10 to 50 units can be challenging. Our goal is to help you get the most out of your investment without having to put in the time and effort that comes with managing an apartment complex. RPM is well-versed in regional culture as well as local and state laws, and we are certified and experienced in managing small to mid-sized apartment communities. Leasing agreements, rent collecting, payment disbursement, tenant interactions, and 24-hour maintenance and repair service are among the services provided. If you require an on-site presence, we can even staff your community.

Real Estate Owned Properties

Real estate owned (REO) properties, also known as foreclosed properties owned by a bank, government agency, or government loan insurer, can be found in almost every neighborhood in the United States. Bank REO properties are frequently in bad shape and require repairs and maintenance in order to comply with property maintenance rules and maintain the property’s value for resale.

Furthermore, the Protecting Tenants at Foreclosure Act (ProTAFA) essentially allows a tenant the right to stay in a foreclosed house provided they have a lease, forcing banks and, in certain situations, individual investors to take on the role of landlord. Real Property Management has extensive expertise working with institutions to maintain foreclosed homes while adhering to ProTAFA.

Commercial Property

Not only do we manage residential properties, but we have the ability to manage commercial properties as well.

A commercial property building frequently houses a range of tenants; for example, a retail plaza may consist of a single building that houses a variety of enterprises, each having its own set of requirements. We, as the property management business, make sure that each renter pays their rent and other expenses, such as utilities and CAM fees, and that common area maintenance is done on schedule. Negotiations with tenants and the possible problems associated with commercial properties can be difficult, but we take pride in maintaining a positive relationship with both the owners and renters of the buildings under their management.
